They serve as a policy champion, resource advisor, and coordinator for inclusion initiatives across clubs and counties.
This role is part of ECRU’s Governance and Development team structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with ECRU leadership and clubs to embed inclusion into policies and events.
- Deliver / promote RFU inclusion training and awareness sessions.
- Support recruitment and promotion of inclusive roles at club level.
- Gather feedback from underrepresented groups to shape local programmes and initiatives.
