Eastern Counties Rugby Union

This year the RFU Area 4 Rugby Development Team have been raising money for the Injured Players Foundation. This is England Rugby's official charity. They look after seriously injured players for life and help prevent future injuries through research and education.

The next event that the team will be taking on is the National 3 Peaks Challenge. There will be some familiar faces to Eastern Counties including Alan Royer (Area 4 Manager), Peter Shaw (Area Facilities Manager) and Sam Carpenter (Norfolk Rugby Development Officer). This will see the team, climb the three highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) within 24 hours. There is a team target of £1000.
