Eastern Counties Rugby Union

Alex Goode, the Saracens and former Cambridge fly half, and Ben Youngs, the Leicester Tigers and former Holt scrum half, are in the senior England squad for the November internationals.

The 32-man England under-20 squad includes Lewis Ludlam, the Northampton Saints and former Colchester back row forward, and Will Owen, the Leicester Tigers and former Diss flanker.

One of 19 new players called into the 52-strong women’s squad is Bristol prop Sasha Acheson, who previously played at Sudbury and Shelford.
