We look forward to welcoming all the ECRU academy coaches tomorrow at Diss RFC to the Eastern Counties Coaching Academy. In Day 1 tomorrow our coaches and guest speakers will be covering principles of play, people, motivation and creative play. The academy runs over the coming season with three full days and two CPD events.
