Eastern Counties Rugby Union

Eastern Counties make changes to the squad and starting lineup following last week's cruel late loss to local rivals East Midlands.

Notable ones are Cambridge Universities' Fraser Gillies dropping to the bench with Cambridge RFC's Ben Penfold moving to the number 10 jersey allowing club mate Albert Portsmouth to come in at inside centre.

Shelford's Mike Gillick is promoted from the bench, starting at scrum half in place of the absent Harry Brown resulting in a new half back combination.

There's also a change in the front row with Shelford's Dave Coutts replacing Cambridge RFC's Shane Moynihan.
