An exciting opportunity is availabe in the Eastern Counties Coaching team.

You will be coaching to develop players within the EC U17s & U18s squads as a Backs Coach, working alongside the Head coach and his support team.

Coaching requires one evening and also at weekends during the specific age groups programme. 2 hours during the week on a Monday and on occasional weekends for periods throughout the season.

The most important qualification for this role is enthusiasm and commitment. However, we do also require a valid RFU DBS for all positions (this we can help you obtain if you don’t already have one). Equally for coaching roles, proven rugby experience and a minimum Level 1, actively working towards Level 2, or another formal sports qualification of similar level is expected. All posts are open to men and women over the age of 18.
