Eastern Counties Rugby Union

As identified in the Structured Season, the 2016 EASTERN COUNTIES COLTS SEVENS will take place on Sunday 24th April 2016 at Stowmarket Rugby Club – K/O 12.00

It is hope that all clubs who have entered into Cup & Plate competitions (and indeed any others who did not) will enter into this end of season fun.
With 24 teams taking part in the EC Cup & Plate, Colts Rugby in Eastern Counties is thriving – so let’s make this a tournament to be proud of, with every club entering !!

There is no restriction on the number of teams that a club can enter, nor is there any maximum squad size.
This is an Under 18 competition
Please note that any Under 16s who are assessed as capable of playing at U18 are eligible to play.

We will run Trophy and Plate competitions.
