Re. Coronavirus Update

Dear all,

It is becoming very clear that there is a lot of anxiety amongst the rugby community regarding the gathering of large numbers of players, coaches and spectators in venues across the region and beyond and that it is probably not appropriate for these events to continue especially given the stance made by other sports at this time.

Several Constituent Bodies have decided to cancel their festivals and whilst NLD are still considering what action to take, we have taken the decision to withdraw both our U15 and U18 Girls squads from the Girls CB festival that is due to take place on Sunday 22nd March at Chesterfield Rugby Club and to cancel tomorrow evenings (16 March 2020) training session at Diss Rugby Club.

We know you will all be disappointed in how the programme has come to an abrupt end but appreciate everyone's support in coming to this decision.
