We have arranged a Safeguarding Counties conference to be held at Culford School, Culford, Bury St Edmunds on Sunday, 19th September.

I would be grateful if you could arrive from 1030 for a 11am start finishing by 4pm, the directions to the school are at the bottom of the e-mail.

The agenda is being finalised at the moment, and will include discussion on:-
• GMS
• Registration for U17 and U18 players
• DBS applications
• RFU safeguarding courses
• Keeping safeguarding relevant to your club
• Club safeguarding awareness and responsibilities for all age groups
• Support for Safeguarding officers
I hope you can join us for the first face to face event we have been able to organise for some time. We now have a full complement of Safeguarding Officers in Eastern Counties and we are keen to meet you and discuss your challenges and support needs.
Lunch will be provided so If you could let us know how many people will be coming from your club that will help with catering.
