ECRU Woman’s & Girls Representative

Eastern counties Rugby are excited to announce the appointment of Steph Hanratty.

Steph has joined ECRU to represent the women’s and girls game within EC, to provide a voice for this massive growth area of our game. Steph is a regular player within the ECRU 1XV senior team and the captain of England RFU Womans Deaf team.

Steph will be working with clubs within Eastern Counties to promote the game from grassroots through to helping to support the player pathway programme from the girls U18’s into the ECRU 1XV Womans squad. Steph will be heading up the development of women’s Tri-counties rugby across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire at senior level as well as supporting pitch up and plays for teams from across our countries.
