Eastern Counties Rugby Union

Following the final selection of the Eastern Counties Women’s squad for the 2017 RFU Women's County Championship, the squad assembed at Thetford RFC on Sunday 12th March for their first squad training session.

The ladies worked extremely hard, with lots of fitness drills and focus on key areas of the game.

Head coach Aaron Swanborough commented about the day saying “It was a great success and great to see all of the players from different clubs coming together to train and bonding as a team. We have a lot to work on before we go into the Championship on the 23rd April against Warwickshire but this was an extremely positive start”
