To Club Secretaries / Youth Chairmen,

YOUTH (U13  U18) STRUCTURED SEASON / FIXTURE SECRETARIES MEETING

We are currently working on the Structured Season for 2015/16, and are aiming (but not promising) to have this available by 1st February 2015.

This will be explained at the annual Youth Fixture Secretaries meeting, which is now scheduled to take place

On Monday 9th February at Diss Rugby Club – 7.00 for 7.30 pm

All clubs in Eastern Counties are urged to attend this important meeting; this will also enable you to meet up with other Fixture Secretaries from across the CB, and enable you to make fixtures for 15/16 for your youth teams.

May I ask all clubs to confirm their attendance to Lisa, and advise name(s) of delegates.
