The Community Rugby Committee in liaison with Max Burton of First Sports is pleased to announce the following training sessions for the new RFU GMS computer System:
The sessions will be relatively flexible, however the evening will consist of running through the following:

Topics covered:

1. Create (Free) Websites from GMS
2. Designing your website & managing content
3. Signing up Online
4. People - Managing Members (Creating New members, Editing, Emailing, Exporting, Uploading, searching)
5. Finance - Memberships Schemes & Payments (How to set up, manage, costs etc)
6. Club Profile – Updating club data
7. Personal Details – Managing your own content

Target Audience: Honorary Secretaries, Treasurers, Membership Secretaries, Webmasters
Start at each venue: 6.30 p.m. for 7 p.m. start. A buffet will be provided before the session starts at 6.30 p.m.
Duration: 2 to 3 Hours

• Suffolk based Clubs; 19th March 2015 - Sudbury Rugby Club, Whittome Field, Spicer Way, Great Cornard, CO10 0GB. Closing Date 16th March 2015;
• Cambridgeshire based Clubs; 24th March 2015 – Long Road 6th Form College, Long Road, Cambridge, CB2 8PX. Closing Date 19th March 2015;
• Norfolk based Clubs; 26th March 2015 – Best Western Brook Hotel, 2 Barnard Road, Bowthorpe, Norwich NR5 9JB. Closing Date 20th March 2015
