For those that trialled at Shelford RFC on Sunday 22nd January, we are running another trial game\skills day at Stowmarket RFC on Sunday 5th February. The session again will be from 1300-1600. Please ensure you are all signed in, changed and out on the pitch for 1300.

Other than those that I am aware have rearranged games this weekend, I am hoping all that attended on the 22nd January will be in attendance. If you are not going to be able to attend then please let me know either by email – aaronswanborough@outlook.com or mobile – 07495 054463 as soon as you can. You can also let me know via the Eastern Counties Facebook page that you are all members of I believe.

Please remember that this session and the one planned for the 19th February at Thetford RFC are the last 2 sessions before my coaching team and I select the squad to go into the County Championships.
