Please find attached information regarding your local ‘GROW Your Club’ workshop delivered by England Rugby in partnership with Eastern Counties Rugby Union. This initiative and workshop is designed to assist our Clubs in overcoming some of the obstacles you face when trying to get more players involved in the game, playing more regularly as well as increasing a relevant and sustainable rugby offer.

The workshop has been designed to facilitate the sharing of good practice among clubs as well as recognising what ‘success' looks like through the creation and implementation of action plans, which also identify where additional RFU support is required.

A free buffet will be supplied on the night.
