For those who haven't seen the latest Community update from the RFU provides details of a Framework detailing three options for the commencement of league Rugby, based on the start date.

The three options allow for an on-time, somewhat delayed and a lengthy delay in Rugby returning.

The timing of these will be determined on when the date when stage F is reached on the Return to Community Rugby Roadmap. More information on the timings of when this is likely to be for Adult competitions is expected soon from the RFU, however, there is already an indication of when this might be for Age Grade Rugby, which is detail in the following article:-

Also in the update, there is confirmation that following the recent easing of lockdown and the opening of Pubs/Bars on the 4th that guides have been developed and will be shared in the coming week.
