The course is due to commence on the 15th November, full details of the application process and course are attached.

The course is being run jointly by the RFU and Eastern Counties, it is a fantastic development opportunity for individuals at all levels of the game with an aspiration to take on a leadership role and have an impact on the growth of grassroots rugby.
