Want to help others love it too?
If you think you have what it takes to make a contribution in any of these roles, then please submit a written application (a CV with a covering letter) by Friday 8th June to loverugby@ecrurugby.com
Make sure your application tells us:
• Tells us who you are, and how to get hold of you
• Gives us an idea of your background – what have you done? What would you like to do? Why are you interested in the role?
• If you’ve been involved in rugby before tell us about that, if you haven’t then let us know how your skills and experience will transfer to our game
• Any ideas you have about how you would tackle the role
• Anything you think we could do to make it easier for you to succeed.
If you want to know more, or just have a chat about the roles, then please contact the appropriate individual below:

Eastern Counties Volunteer Co-ordinator - ECRU Chair of Club Development, John Winders | john.winders@btinternet.com |
Eastern Counties RugbySafe Manager - ECRU Council Representative, Roger Pierson | rogerpierson@btinternet.com |
We will make a shortlist and plan to hold interviews in the weeks beginning 10 and 17 June – so be sure to let us know if there are dates in that time that you can’t manage.
We are always on the lookout for new volunteers, and if we don’t need what you can do right now, we are sure to know a club who does. So why not write in anyway, give us an idea of what you can offer and we’ll get back to you with our thoughts? Alternatively, contact our Chair, Alasdair Bovaird, on chair@ecrurugby.com and we can have a chat.
