I am making contact to advise your Club that the Mitsubishi Motors Rugby Leadership Network initiative has been launched. Alex Thompson, the RFU's Club Services Manager, has indicated the intention is to encourage aspiring rugby leaders who may take their club up to the next level. He contends this initiative will provide a unique opportunity for club volunteers to network with other rugby leaders and to acquire valuable skills that will bring benefits to the community game.

Access to the Network is open to rugby leaders who:-
• Don’t want to stand still and watch from the side-lines;
• Want to create sustainable clubs that are fit for the future; and
