The Awards Committee is again committed to promote the Eastern Counties RU President’s Award Scheme together with the Eastern Counties RU Volunteer of the Year 2015.

This is your Club’s chance to nominate volunteers who have committed themselves to outstanding service at any level over a period of time and have gone the extra mile and made a real difference to your Club and the game.

Attached is a nomination form that will allow you to submit your chosen candidate’s citation. This is a further commitment on behalf of Eastern Counties RU to ensure that our volunteers are recognised, valued and rewarded.

The successful candidates will be a guest of Eastern Counties RU at the Annual Supper at The Athenaeum, Bury St. Edmunds, on Friday, 5th June 2015 where he/she will receive their award along with other successful awardees in their various categories.

“Groundsman of the Year 2015”

We are again awarding the category of “Groundsman of the Year.” If your Club has a volunteer Groundsman who you consider worthy of nomination then please send his/her details together with a brief summary of their activities and your reasons for putting him/her forward.

Again the successful candidate will be the guest of Eastern Counties RU at the Annual Supper in June where he/she will receive their award.
