Eastern Counties Rugby Union

On a cold and damp Sunday afternoon Stowmarket RFC hosted Eastern Counties Pitch Up & Play which welcomed in the region of 50 girls from 11-18. The girls came from various different clubs including Diss, Sudbury and Beccles to name a few.

The session started with skill development which then lead into a match. The U15s had such an amazing turnout they were able to play 15 a side.

At the same time the ladies Eastern Counties were training so this enables the girls to aspire to the future.

Overall a good session was had by all bring on the next Pitch Up & Play on 12th March at Diss RFC
