Further to my e-mail dated 30th July 2014, I would like to advise you that because of difficulties finding suitable training locations in Norfolk we have unfortunately had to re-arrange the GMS training Schedule as follows:

2nd September 2014 Cambridgeshire Clubs at Anglia Ruskin University;
3rd September 2014 Suffolk Clubs at University Campus Suffolk (UCS) Ipswich
4th September Norfolk Clubs, venue yet to be confirmed.

Please note that if you are unable to attend your own county’s training session you are welcome to join any of the other sessions. More detailed instructions will be sent out to you nearer the event date.

You are recommended that a representative of each club should attend the training as the new GMS system will be the base of any new system delivered by the RFU to help you manage your Club, your members information, playing sides and Player Registration Information.

Please contact Lisa Greetham at the Stowmarket office to reserve places. Please advise which session you/your club representative wishes to attend advising their name and which Club they are from.

For the Cambridgeshire and Suffolk sessions the format will be as follows:

• From 1pm to 6pm there will be five one hour drop in clinics available for people to come and talk to the system trainers about the new systems and any specific issues you may have.
• From 7.30-9.30pm there will be a two hour evening launch event covering the key functionality, the benefits and the importance of accurate data
o Buffet / Sandwiches from 6.30pm
o 7.30pm start
o 9.30pm finish

• By return of mail please give an indication to Lisa as to which of the slots you would like to attend
o 1-2pm
o 2-3pm
o 3-4pm
o 4-5pm
o 5-6pm
o 7-9pm

For the Norfolk event there will only be a launch event provided by our RDOs from 7.30 p.m. with a 9.30 p.m. finish. This session will cover the key functionality, the benefits and the importance of accurate data. Again a buffet and refreshments will be provided and will be available from 6.30 p.m. Again please advise Lisa if you wish to attend.
