Eastern Counties Rugby Union

As part of the RFU’s commitment to grow the game through the transition of players from age grade rugby to the adult game, ECRU has been offered 100 free tickets for the Red Roses game against the Barbarians, followed by the competition for the Quilter Cup with an England XV also facing the Barbarians on 2 June 2019 at Twickenham Stadium. This exclusive offer has been created to reward and to encourage players aged 18-24 to participate in our game.

To progress this initiative the ECRU Volunteering Group is inviting Clubs to nominate:-
i) Players from the 18 to 24 age group who have either returned to rugby or have transitioned from age grade to adult rugby during this current season; and
ii) Coaches and Volunteers who have made a significant contribution to this age group.
Nominations giving the name and club should be forwarded to Lisa Greetham at Admin@ecrurugby.com by 18th April 2019.

As part of the package ECRU will be providing free coach transport to Twickenham. Pick up points will be identified at a later stage when we have the nominations. Clearly this Twickenham experience will provide an exceptional day out for all who are able to attend.
