Eastern Counties Rugby Union

There will be an U18 Girls Eastern Counties training session on:

Sunday 14th June
Ipswich Rugby Club
10am-2pm

Anyone who will be trialing for the U18 Eastern Counties squad in September is welcome to attend

The session will cover:
• scrummaging
• lifting
• handling
• decision making

We will be working in small groups, with short breaks throughout given the length of the session.

If you are coming please could you let me know as it makes planning the session so much easier!
