At this workshop we will cover…
• Electronic Match Cards – We will revisit the EMC process and ensure your Match Card Administrator is clued up!
• RFU Accreditation – What each Club needs to have in place on GMS to ensure they fulfil RFU Accreditation criteria, we will show you what and how to do it so you’re ready for your next re-accreditation or health check!
• Team Management Tool – How to get all your fixtures on GMS, to ensure you get your full International Ticket allocation!

This workshop will be structured to allow you to gain practical experience at all aspects above, therefore we would ask that everyone in attendance brings a laptop, is able to access GMS and has the relevant role and permission level before attending.

A few bits of homework beforehand to ensure you make the most of this workshop:
• Ensure you bring your Match Card Administrator with permission level 2 clearance.
• RFU Accreditation section – awareness of who needs to be assigned roles within the club, list of coaches at every age group/team.
• Team Management Tool – Full list of 2018/19 season of XV a-side fixtures; we will show you how to upload these individually as well as how you can load these in bulk.
If you wish to upload these in bulk, you will need to have these on the CSV excel spreadsheet, which we can send on request, or you can also download this from GMS. (Please remember to include all 15 a-side games (U14 upwards), including friendlies, vets, merit league, festivals and cups…anything outside of RFU regulated competitions).
