Recruiting volunteers
Recruitment is key for all clubs.
The best and easiest way is simply to talk to people, whilst some may not know that you need help others may not put themselves forward but may respond if asked.
How about a club open day in advance of your AGM, display the roles and job descriptions on notice boards, serve teas and coffees and let members and visitors browse, if they ask questions have two or three Committee members who can answer them, be open and honest, be clear on what you want and how much time it will take up.
The below links give you some advice and guidance on some good ways to recruit volunteers.
Whilst the RFU have some good information, there are other organisations that also support voluntary clubs and you can find them below.
